Snow Procedures & Cancelations

In the event of inclement weather, we will correspond with all students and instructors by no later than 8:00 am on the day of class via the email address you provided. Due to the volume of children in the program, and the fact that this is run by volunteers and not the school system, WE CAN NOT contact you by phone to announce the cancellation. If you have a question about the weather, please check the email address that you have provided to us.

If two or more classes are canceled during a session refunds will be issued for the classes that do not take place.

Decisions to cancel classes are made by the school district, not the Winter Enrichment Committee.
